Received an item that doesn't fit or is not suitable? No problem, our exchanges, and returns policies are designed to make that as easy as possible.
We're happy to exchange most items if they are the wrong size or color, but unfortunately engraved or custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a manufacturer's fault is found with them.
The easiest and fastest way to process your exchange is to purchase the replacement items in a new order, then return the unsuitable items for a refund.
Alternatively, you can send them back to us for an exchange and we'll post out the replacements to you. You can process your exchange via our online exchange system. Once we receive your returned items back, we'll get the replacements sent out - normally this takes anywhere from a few days to a week or two depending on how long it takes the items to come back to us.
To exchange an item, please purchase a replacement item in a new order, and then return the unsuitable items for a refund.
If you are thinking of exchanging something - remember that you can combine the replacement item with any other items you may wish to purchase, and only pay to ship for the combined order.

We offer a refund policy for most items. Engraved or custom-made items cannot be refunded unless a manufacturer's fault is found with them.
Buyers must return goods within 30 days of receiving the order (this is extended to 30 days after Christmas when purchasing Christmas gifts).
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure any returned goods reach us in satisfactory condition. Please ensure that all bags/tags/labels untorn and still attached. To minimize processing time and speed up your exchange/refund, please ensure that any items returned are free from odor and pet hair, are folded as neatly as possible, and sent in secure, protective wrapping. We make an effort to ensure the goods reach you in great condition - we'd really appreciate you returning the favor.
Buyers returning goods from outside the EU must clearly state on the outside of the package and on any customs documentation that the goods are 'Returned Goods' to allow them to clear customs without generating additional charges.
HOW TO FIND PRODUCTS
The easiest way to browse products is by using the drop-down navigation menu at the top of the page. Here, you'll find links to new product arrivals, clothing categories, and sale items. If you're looking for something specific, you can use the search box at the top right of the page.
HOW TO ORDER
When you find an item you want to buy, select your size (every product includes a unique measurement chart) and the quantity. Once you've selected size and quantity, click "Add to Cart". A pop-up menu will appear. You can either continue shopping or add more items to your cart. After you’ve placed all the items you want to buy in your cart, you’re ready to checkout! You can check out by visiting the "checkout" page, or visit “My Cart” and click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
1. Checkout as a Member or Guest
You will be asked to check out by either logging in to your account or checking out as a guest.
First-time customers can create an account by clicking on “Register”. You will be asked to enter your personal information (full name and email) and login information (username and password). Once you’ve filled all required fields, click “Submit” to finalize account registration.

2. Enter Billing, Shipping & Payment Info
Once you’ve logged in or checked out as a guest, you will be asked to fill out your billing & shipping address. After you’ve inserted all your information and reviewed your order, click on “Place Order Now” to complete checkout.
3. Track Your Order
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can also track your order by logging into your account. Order processing time may take up to 2-3 business days.
Payments We Accept When placing an order online or by phone, you may use the following payment methods: Paypal, Stripe, American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo. We cannot accept checks, cash, money orders, or COD as payment.
We only accept payments via the following Credit cards, Debit Cards and Paypal, and Stripe.
